New Projects on the Horizon

As DMArchitects continues to grow, some exciting new projects have entered the design phase!

  • DMArchitects is starting design on a multifamily apartment building in Baltimore, Maryland. The project will include the renovation of an existing residential building to be converted to 4 apartments. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.

  • DMArchitects is beginning concept design work on a new outdoor pavilion for Calvary Church in Annandale, Virginia!  Working in conjunction with Kirk Bereuter, Landscape Architect, DMA will develop a concept for outdoor renovations to the church property which will include athletic field space as well as a multiuse pavilion that can serve as a space for the church as well as others.
